This application allows users to search contacts on iPhone or iPod Touch and assign phonetic readings (Furigana) to those contacts that lack this information. It is particularly recommended for iPhone/iPod Touch users who have a large number of contacts registered with the '#' character.

When the phonetic reading for a surname is identified, and if both given names and surnames are stored together, the app splits and registers them separately to ensure proper categorization.

Additionally, the app facilitates contact deduplication, enabling users to organize multiple redundant entries. This can reduce the total number of contacts and improve access speed.

The app utilizes an internal database of approximately 8,000 surnames to automatically set Furigana readings for surnames. Please note that surnames not found in this database cannot be assigned Furigana, and the function is limited to surnames only.

Before running the application, it is recommended to back up your contacts to prevent data loss, ensuring you can restore your data if necessary.

Ensure that your device is connected to power or has sufficient battery life during operation to prevent interruptions. For users experiencing frequent notifications or email alerts, executing the app in airplane mode or with network connectivity disabled is advised.

The default deduplication criteria consider entries as duplicates if they share the same full name and either email address or phone number. Users can customize this setting through optional configuration options.

Please note that contact access permissions are required to save results. Without proper permissions, contact data cannot be modified or saved.

If your contacts are synchronized with a cloud service, it may prevent Furigana assignment from being saved. It is recommended to temporarily disconnect from cloud synchronization services prior to use.
